A proposal prepared for Sanjana

A studio to grow.
A voice to build.

Varnam deserves to be discovered by people looking for a thoughtful architect. Your personal platform deserves the space to reach Tamil-speaking women who relate to your experience with ADHD. We have a plan for both.

Varnam × SanjanaPrepared by NimbusInfinite

The practice

Varnam.

Earn attention through the work. Turn that attention into serious enquiries.

The person

Sanjana.

Make useful ideas accessible. Build a community that wants to return.

One strategic partner.Two editorial identities.
Where you're starting

There is already a story here.

The next chapter needs a steady public presence, built around work and experiences you can speak about with conviction.

You've returned to architecture with residential work to show and a coworking project taking shape. At the same time, you have something personal to say that deserves its own audience.

ThiruverkaduResidential interiors that can introduce your design approach and judgment.
ECRAnother residential project that can become a source of visual proof and project stories.
AmbatturYour coworking space is in design now, with execution expected to begin in December. An opportunity to document a project as it unfolds.
Personal platformPractical ADHD awareness and lived-experience content for Tamil-speaking women, without the pressure to monetise.
The two ambitions

Different audiences.
Different jobs to do.

Each identity needs its own message and measure of progress. We will manage both with a single coordinated production system.

01 / VARNAM

From a portfolio to a pipeline.

A homeowner choosing an architect is buying taste, competence and confidence. We will give them opportunities to see all three, before they ever send an enquiry.

What we buildVisible work, a recognisable point of view and a clear route to enquire.
What we watchRelevant enquiries, consultation conversations and traffic to the portfolio.
02 / SANJANA

From useful stories to a returning audience.

A space for Tamil-speaking women to hear honest conversations about ADHD, learn about tools you've found helpful and feel less alone in navigating everyday challenges.

What we buildA distinct voice, dependable publishing rhythm and clear recurring themes.
What we watchMeaningful comments, saves, shares and repeated conversations.
The editorial approach

Make every post earn its place.

You already have content ideas. That's a valuable starting point. Our role is to shape them into recurring subjects, clear scripts and thoughtful experiments, so each month teaches us what to make more of.

Your ideas & experiences

Shape

Angles & scripts

Give each idea an opening, a purpose, an appropriate format and a next step.

Publish

Planned production

Record in batches, edit consistently and release content to a calendar.

Monthly review

Study what earns attention and action, then refine the following month.

The monthly commitment

Consistency you can count on.

We'll begin with a specific production target for each identity, then work backwards to scripts, capture days, edit batches and publishing slots.

57–62 pieces every month.Publishing targets for the agreed monthly calendar, supported by timely access to footage, approvals and planned recording sessions.
How the work gets done

Your ideas. Our editorial discipline.

A good idea is most valuable when it is easy to make, easy to understand and tied to something the audience cares about. We will take responsibility for that translation.

01

Agree on what the month should achieve

Choose themes based on live projects, audience questions and the previous month's performance.

02

Build a usable content plan

Develop hooks, scripts, visual direction and a realistic capture list for both identities.

03

Make it in batches

Use a planned filming block and guided self-recording, alongside existing project photos and footage.

04

Publish, record and adjust

Schedule approved posts, track the signals that matter and update creative choices every month.

Varnam's enquiry path

See the work. Understand the approach. Start a conversation.

Instagram introduces the studio. Project content builds confidence. A simple portfolio website makes it easy to review work and get in touch.

Sanjana's community path

Recognise a problem. Find something useful. Come back.

Clear Tamil content gives people a reason to save, share and respond. The quality of the conversations matters more than a follower milestone.

The opening quarter

The first 90 days.

We propose starting in November so the first month establishes both identities, while the Ambattur coworking project gives Varnam something current to document as execution begins.

November
2026

Set the foundations.

Clarify positioning, organise content ideas, begin the planned publishing cadence and put Varnam's portfolio site into place. Test early story formats for both accounts.

What should be readyBrand-specific editorial themes; publishing calendar; initial performance baseline; portfolio site, subject to supplied assets and approvals.
December
2026

Give the work a front-row seat.

Build a continuing Varnam series around Ambattur as construction begins, if the project proceeds on schedule. For Sanjana, expand the themes people respond to most.

What should be visibleA developing project diary; a stronger bank of original material; early themes that earn meaningful audience reactions.
January
2027

Make the next decisions from evidence.

Review what brought people to the studio, which formats generated conversations and how the content calendar should change for the next quarter.

What should be clearerLeading content formats; enquiry sources where traceable; repeatable production routines; priorities for the next quarter.
The agreed monthly publishing targets apply through the opening quarter. The calendar can shift if project schedules or recording access change.

Topics leading to conversationsLearn & refine

Lead volume, follower growth and conversions depend on audience response, project fit, platform distribution and follow-up. They are objectives we pursue and measure, not guaranteed outcomes. Sanjana remains responsible for responding to and qualifying direct enquiries.

A practical working arrangement

A pace we can sustain together.

From Sanjana

Your experience and access are the raw material that makes both brands distinctive.

A monthly planning conversation and a shared bank of topics, reference material and project updates.
One coordinated filming block of up to four hours per month in Chennai, plus guided self-recorded clips as needed.
Project photos, site footage and permissions to use them, with feedback or approvals within two working days where practical.
Timely responses to leads and community messages from your own accounts.

From NimbusInfinite

Our responsibility is to build the system that keeps ideas moving from conversation to published content.

Positioning, editorial themes, research, scripting, visual direction and the publishing calendar.
Editing, static design, captions, covers, scheduling and coordination for the agreed monthly volumes.
A monthly performance review with recommendations for the next content cycle.
A mobile-first Varnam portfolio website as part of the combined partnership.

Standard short-form edits and static designs are included. The plan allows two consolidated revision rounds per content batch. Additional site visits, extensive shoots, complex animation, paid ads, community inbox management and website expansion can be quoted separately.

The commercial proposal

Choose each track.
Or move together.

Both identities can be managed independently. The combined partnership gives them one shared content operation and a better monthly rate, with Varnam's portfolio site included.

OPTION AIndividual engagement

Sanjana personal brand₹20,000 / mo
Varnam website₹8,000 once
Monthly retainerAs per selection

Each brand receives its stated content volumes when selected. Website quoted separately as a one-time project.

OPTION BCombined partnership

Build both, together.

One team, two editorial identities, a coordinated production plan and a portfolio website for Varnam.

Varnam brand management₹20,000 / mo
Sanjana personal brand₹15,000 / mo
Varnam websiteIncluded
Combined monthly retainer₹35,000

Preferred partnership rate with an initial three-month engagement. Website inclusion is tied to the combined package.

What the rate covers: Strategy, agreed monthly creative production, editing, publishing and review. Domain, hosting, additional travel or site shoots, ad spend, third-party subscriptions and applicable taxes are separate.

Proposed kickoff: November 2026, following scope confirmation and asset handover.

Included with Option B

A home for Varnam's work.

A concise, mobile-first portfolio website with a studio introduction, up to three project showcases, approach and contact section. It gives people arriving from social media a place to see the practice in one sitting and a straightforward way to enquire.

Initial build is based on supplied project images and copy approvals. Domain and hosting remain in the client's name and are paid separately. Larger custom features or additional pages are outside this inclusion.

Let's give both ideas
a proper beginning.

We can make November the first month of steady output, clear creative direction and a record of what your audiences respond to.
